Vintage Sunday at Te Kairanga!
This Sunday May 31st 11am-4pm marks the first edition of ‘Vintage Sunday’ at Te Kairanga.

Revelers will be able to try a taste or a glass of special, rare and aged wines selected by winemakers Paul and John, from the Martinborough Vineyard and Te Kairanga winery cellars as an ongoing celebration of the pioneering history of these two iconic wineries.
On offer all day will be the TK Larder – a selection of local artisan goods, to enjoy with your glass of wine.
So come and settle in for an afternoon of unique wines in our cottage gardens! We're open from 11am-4pm.

Wellington’s famous Montfoort food truck ‘Cibby’ will be popping up in the Te Kairanga cottage garden to serve their decadent Dutch treats.
✨ This Saturday, Wellington’s famous Montfoort food truck ‘Cibby’ will be popping up in the Te Kairanga cottage garden to serve their decadent Dutch treats.
Favourites from poffertjes to stroopwafels and apple pies will be available all day to accompany your tasting flight or Lighthouse Gin & Tonic.
Join us from 11am-4pm on May the 30th, rain or shine.
Tasting tables can be booked for groups of up to ten people. Contact tk.cellardoor@foleywines.co.nz to reserve your place under the oaks.
Our Cellar Door is home to two of Martinborough’s pioneering wineries; Te Kairanga and Martinborough Vineyard, as well as local favourite Lighthouse Gin. Housed in the 130-year old cottage formerly owned by Martinborough namesake, John Martin, we're surrounded by a shaded garden perfect for sipping a glass of Martinborough’s finest.

Te Kairanga Farmers Market Summer 2019/20
Our Tk Farmers Markets are back for summer!
Join us on the first Sunday of every month from November to April for fresh local produce, food and live music.
Location: 89 Martins Road, Martinborough
From 10am til 2pm, you’ll find local produce, coffee and baking. In the afternoon until 4pm, we’ll have live music, food trucks and of course our award-winning wines.
So settle in for a relaxing day in our cottage gardens.
Market dates: 3rd November 2019, 1st December 2019, 5th January 2020, 2nd February 2020, 1st March 2020 and 12th April 2020 (Easter Sunday Market)
Proceeds generated from hosting the market will be donated to Wharekaka Rest Home and Villas for their upcoming projects for the community.

Located in the picturesque Te Kairanga Vineyard, celebrate a day of great wine, delicious food and live jazz music.
The wine list features a selection of award winning wines from both Martinborough Vineyard and Te Kairanga. There will also be a food market with over 7 different food stalls to choose from.
There will be a special vintage bar featuring a selection of award winning Te Kairanga and Martinborough wines.
To top off the day there will also be a special rosé tent.
With a relaxing vibe, a lounge style bar, plenty of shade and hay bale’s to sit on, you wont want to leave!

This is a gorgeous riesling, offering lifted aromas of mandarin, white stone fruit, rockmelon and lemon curd on the nose, followed by a succulent palate that is flavoursome and comforting. The wine exhibits outstanding balance between subtle sweetness (14 g/l) and seamlessly integrated juicy acidity, making the wine flow beautifully to a lingering, gratifying finish. At its best: now to 2026.

This is fabulous and delectable, offering ripe pear, floral, nectarine and subtle spice aromas, together with richly weighted palate that is rounded and plush. The wine is immediately appealing and delivers lovely fruit purity, leading to a superbly long, silky finish. Wonderfully harmonious and satisfying. At its best: now to 2019.
