SEAL OF APPROVAL International Wine Challenge, London 2006
Sommnet.com, Keith Stewart, May 2006 Light green/gold. Pour clear fruit nose is lightly spiced with charming oak and a modicum of popcorn. Pure supple impact has a pear-like clarity and flavour, good intensity and firm, crunch mid-palate. Details are subtle, well crafted to the fruit and lingering on the clear bright finish. Classy wine, very drinkable, suitably vivacious and classy. 7/10
Wine NZ May 2006 Team Comments: A tight mineral style of Chardonnay with some citrus and lime flavours, crisp acidity and a dry finish.
