Harvesting was in the cool of the morning and the grapes crushed and pressed, chilled quickly and transported immediately to allow for maximum retention of regional flavours and characters. This wine has a light oak treatment so as not to dominate. The emphasis is on letting the natural chardonnay fruit express itself.
