| Wendy Potts - Chief winemaker
Wendy has had extensive experience in the wine industry since 1994, and holds a degree in wine science. She most recently held the position of winemaker at Church Road, Hawke's Bay. Having been responsible for the development of several new wines in the Church Road range, Wendy is always keen to work with new styles, varieties and techniques. 2008 marks Wendy's 20th vintage!

| Gary Wood - Viticulturist
Gary has spent 30 years in the wine industry, specializing in innovative viticulture. He has participated in many industry and vineyard initiatives and was recently made life member of the Hawke's Bay Winegrowers Association. He believes that the taste of quality is borne in the vineyard. It is his role within the team of viticulture managers to maximize the quality for the intended use for the wine, be it John Martin or Runholder.

| Tony Prichard - Technical Director
AND RECENTLY APPOINTED TO THE TE KAIRANGA BOARD
Having been Chief Winemaker for Montana's Church Road for many years, Tony was responsible for bringing to the market some of Montana's most prestigious wines. Tony graduated from Massey University in 1982 with an honors degree in Food Technology.
