Deeply coloured with a bright hue, this wine has intense aromas of plum, cherries and spice. The entry is sweet and the mouthfeel opulent and supple. The length is beautiful and complex and can be enjoyed for several years to come.
Fantastic match with slow roasted lamb shanks, ducks breasts with cherry sauce or aged cheddar cheese.

A classic Martinborough Sauvignon Blanc, showing a broad fruit spectrum with aromas of lime, green apples and melon. The palate has low acid and a generous mouthfeel with a slightly creamy texture, making this wine an ideal wine to be enjoyed with food. 10% of this wine has been barrel fermented.

The East Plain block on which this fruit is grown captures the lingering afternoon sun, ripening the grapes to perfection. A lovely aromatic wine presented in an off-dry style. The wine was fermented at a cool temperature using traditional Riesling yeast to preserve the natural fruit characters.
